Lots of money for a "diagnosis" that doesn't really diagnose AutoFair charges $139 to diagnose the problem. Wish I had been told everything.. So my daughters car was dropped off on a Thursday night and it was found to have lost a serpentine belt. I cot the call the next day to go over that and asked that a complete check over be done to ensure nothing is missed as it had been a while since any maintenance had been done. Sadly all I can remember is his first name was Peter. He was nice and took care of my every concern however when it can time for him to call me I was told about everything he did and then he chose to mention the exhaust leak starting to my daughter. I’m the one who pays for the work being done and have to field the confusing question about it from my daughter. Would have preferred he tell me so I could ask any questions I had and not have to figure it out for myself. More
Great Buying Experience I had been looking at trading in my 2016 Honda Odyssey lease to get a new 2018 Odyssey. I had initially requested information on the AutoFair website I had been looking at trading in my 2016 Honda Odyssey lease to get a new 2018 Odyssey. I had initially requested information on the AutoFair website and was surprised to receive a personalized YouTube video from Jeff of a walk-around of the vehicle I had asked to get more information on. I also received up front pricing that was very competitive. I eventually made an appointment to go in and see Jeff. He had the car ready for me to look at and drive. The trade in price they gave me for the old lease was fair and got me out of the lease early with no extra payments. Overall, it was a very easy, comfortable process that wasn't pushy at all. More

I inquired about a 2015 Volvo )2015 VOLVO XC60 T6 PREMIER - VIN: YV4902RK8F2644217). The price was 22.5k. We exchanged several emails with the last (send from Autofair) to me) stating the vehicle was sold. So I said oh well...on with my search. A day or two later I see a 2015 VOLVO XC60 T6 PREMIER pop up at Autofair Subaru in Haverhill Ma. And wouldn't you know...it was the same car! So...Autofair Honda lied to me. They moved the car to their Subaru dealership in Haverhill MA and increased the price by 2K. So...I'll leave it up to anyone who reads this to decide if they want to do business with any Autofair dealership. P.S. - google the VIN if you want to verify. Your search will return links to both Autofairs (manchester and haverhill). Same car...that they 'sold'...now 2k higher in price. More
Ignored and misinformed Worst consumer experience I've ever been a part of.... was convinced to trade in a lease by sales rep stating that they would take the trade so I woul Worst consumer experience I've ever been a part of.... was convinced to trade in a lease by sales rep stating that they would take the trade so I would not be charged for incidentals or mileage and then they shipped it off to Corporate who is now asking for nearly $2,000. Spoke to someone in finance who said they would work on resolution and I haven't heard back. I have reached out for resolution with my sales rep at least 3 times since then, 5 calls to the finance guy, multiple chats with customer service and I have not received one response in 3 weeks! I've never put a negative comment on any company but this is the most ridiculous experience of my life. Lied to during the deal, accused of not reading the fine print after I'm being charged, and now refusal to get back to me at all. My biggest regret is that I am stuck with them for 3 more years. More

For a Honda dealer, their service, customer waiting area amenities and cleanliness rival even some upscale Acura dealerships. The drive-in service lines are definitely a nice touch. More
