Professional, honest and informative service. I went in for an oil change and was informed that filters were recommended to be changed at this time...I asked if it was the dealer or Honda that rec I went in for an oil change and was informed that filters were recommended to be changed at this time...I asked if it was the dealer or Honda that recommends this and when I was informed that it was Honda... I said I will wait. (Previous experience with these recommendations, and didn’t feel comfortable making that decision at this time...I explain situation to gentleman about what happened and he was very understanding.) About ten minutes into the servicing of the car, her came to me to show me the filter with a clean comparison and Explain why important and cost. I was very happy for the example and felt confident in my decision to go forward and have the filter changed. Excellent customer service! More

Over filed my oil.
