Not the best experience I scheduled an oil change and inspection for my relatively new (5month) old car. I made the appointment for early morning (7:40am) so they wouldn't b I scheduled an oil change and inspection for my relatively new (5month) old car. I made the appointment for early morning (7:40am) so they wouldn't be running behind What I anticipated taking an hour at most based on previous experiences took an hour and 45 and I had to seek out he service person after seeing my car sitting in the lot ready to go for over 10 minutes. Furthermore, they overfilled my oil and I ended up with a large oil stain on my garage floor. We purchased the oil change service package when we bought our car. That's the only reason I will return here for service. More

Jeff Shatney was extremely thorough in teaching us the features of our new vehicle - especially the tech. In my last car I did not know what half the buttons did (and it didn't even have that many buttons!) but Jeff gave simple, concise instructions on all the added features so that I can use them to improve my life and make driving easier and safer. He was a huge help during the purchasing process. There was an incredibly long wait to go in to pay for the car, even though we were paying cash, but Jeff S. took great care of us while we were waiting. Once we finally saw the finance officer (another Jeff) he got us in and out very quickly. More
