The team were very helpful so they took my car inn. I asked for the shuttle service so They called the shuttle for me to drop me off home. They called me after 2 hours when the work was done which is really fast and I love it. The shuttle was buy at the time of the pickup so they sent me their manager to pick me up from my home. Over all excellent service and very reasonable. I highly recommending the service there. Thank you. More

Didn't have to wait to long when Mike called me over and went over the problem along with the master mechanic. Repair work was done professionally and I was given a military discount. Fantastic truck buying experience I recently purchased a Ridgeline. I was very fortunate salesman Keith Rodriguez was outside under the canopy to greet me. He was first of all a great guy, extremely polite and attentive to me being comfortable and completely knowledgeable of every aspect of my Ridgeline. Keith made me feel like we were a team and not just a salesman trying to make a buck. I would recommend anyone I referred to ask for him. He is a star salesman in the making. I would also like to thank Shantel Frost in sales and Scott Cushing in finance .for their excellent. job in making my purchase more pleasurable. Last but certainly not least I want to thank Mike Montemerlo in service who also happens to be a great guy and a fantastic service rep. He went above and beyond what he had to do especially the day I picked my truck up after my options were complete. There were extreme thunderstorms in the area with potential hail and he made sure my truck stayed inside. Excellent job by all. More

Long Time Customer-Never Going Back I brought my CRV in because the AC was not working. It's has been an issue since an accident a couple months back. Frustrating situation and I final I brought my CRV in because the AC was not working. It's has been an issue since an accident a couple months back. Frustrating situation and I finally brought it to the dealership to get it looked at. John and his team took a look and did diagnostic work. I let him know that my insurance wanted to send an adjuster out to look at the car. He was extremely rude. We needed a loaner car in the mean time and the first thing out of his mouth was no. When I asked about the loaner policy with the service being done he explained but his tone of voice and attitude were awful. After that call with John I called around to other repair shops and even another Honda dealership in the area that quoted me 2/3 of the price that they quoted me for the same work/repair! I have been bringing my cars, multiple Hondas over the years, since I was 16. I have bought cars through this dealership. My family bought cars and brings their cars here for service. So disappointed and I will let my family and friends know about this experience. None of us will be back. Such a shame, I used to trust that service team with everything for my car. I'll be finding another dealership for all of my future service needs. More
