Had an initial disagreement regarding where responsibilities lie for error codes thrown by one of the Honda Sensing units but was resolved with staff. No issues here with staff...but Honda Amer responsibilities lie for error codes thrown by one of the Honda Sensing units but was resolved with staff. No issues here with staff...but Honda America Corp knows it has an issue with ACC/CMBS/LAS on these cars after 2016. Lots of complaints online. Will continue to use Autofair Honda Service for my 2020 Honda Civic EX. Thanks Katie. More

Had to replace breaks after 6 months due to lack of checking the conditions of other parts of the break system. No accountability at all for their work. Their answer things happen, you know!
