I then asked if it was still covered by my warrenty since I bought it from you guys 2 years ago and I have a 3 year warrenty and she said it was. When I brought it in, the man that helped me said it was not because there was damage. I explained that the damage was caused by when I went over a speed bump or a small bump in a road - all reasons I brought it in for service - and he then blamed me for it being off of the car. I had brought it in a month ago for inspection and it was never mentioned to me that it was off or loose nor was there a note about it. More
