Very Good service I had an appointment for an oil change which usually takes about an hour. Not sure if the service department was overbooked, customers coming in with I had an appointment for an oil change which usually takes about an hour. Not sure if the service department was overbooked, customers coming in without an appointment or short staffed, but it took 1 hour and 45 min. First time I've experienced a long wait like this. The associates, Mike and Peter, were very nice but did not offer an explanation as to why my appointment took longer than an hour. More

At the OLD Honda dealership in Salem, NH, no matter what service they did they always vacuumed my floors.
