They Fixed a Brake Job Gone Wrong I came here after a neighbor did my front brakes. Since he did them, I had problem after problem and after a few weeks of back and forth with him, and I came here after a neighbor did my front brakes. Since he did them, I had problem after problem and after a few weeks of back and forth with him, and no resolution, I brought my 2013 Civic to AutoFair Honda in Manchester. I explained the issues my car was having and I scheduled an appointment online. Upon my arrival, I explained what was going on with my Service Advisor (John Swallow) and dropped my car off. A few hours later, I got a phone call and a great explanation of what was going on and what the next steps where, as well as the cost to fix it. I really appreciated the service and help I got from Jonathan. He was straight up with me and did a good job at explaining what was going on. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because my brakes still make a little bit of noise, but I think it's more of a weather related thing than something being wrong with the brakes. More

Best car buying experience ever I went in to the dealership expecting only to look at the different models. However, after the test drive of the HR-V, I fell in love with the vehicl I went in to the dealership expecting only to look at the different models. However, after the test drive of the HR-V, I fell in love with the vehicle. I decided to talk deal with the salesman. Jeff was so helpful and informative. He made the process of car buying so easy.
