Dishonest service center, only good for oil changes I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in for an oil change and wheel rotation. I also asked that they check out a vibration from the right front wheel that seem I brought my 2017 Ridgeline in for an oil change and wheel rotation. I also asked that they check out a vibration from the right front wheel that seemed to have started after hitting pothole. At first I was told this would be an extra $130 for an hour of diagnosis. I asked why they wouldn't be checking the wheel for obvious signs of damage during the multi-point inspection that was part of the oil change and wheel rotation. After some back and forth the service rep Josh said they would do the oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection and call me if there was something they could obviously see. After some time Josh called and indicated that they didn't see anything and indicated the technician suggested a wheel balance would indicate if there was a problem like a weight being knocked off the wheel. He called back later and indicated that the wheel in question would not balance, was likely bent and should be replaced and offered some pricing options. I indicated I would think about it and came in to pick up my vehicle. I was surprised to see that I was being charged nearly $100 for the wheel balancing even though the other three wheels did not need balancing @ only 24,000 miles. The website indicates that the charge for mounting and balancing a tire is only $36 a wheel, yet I was charged three times that. Why was I charged for doing something to four wheels when I had indicated which one was the problem and the other three wheels needed nothng? I asked if the charge would be taken off the price of the replacement wheel and was told no. I felt I was treated dishonestly and their goal was to wring out the $100 or $130 charge no matter what. I'm left very unhappy and will be taking my business elsewhere for the replacement wheel and future repairs. Service rep was nice and all but clearly not in control. More

Amazing as always! I made an appointment to have my car serviced on a Saturday. I arrived an hour early and they got me in immediately and my car was done in an hour! Autofair Honda makes it so easy to schedule planned and not-planned maintenance. From State Inspections, tire replacement, oil changes and even replacing rubber windshield fluid lines and cabin filters due little critters who like the CRV as much as we do! Big problem turned small I had my car towed to Autofair Honda after it would not turn over and kept falling back into accessory mode. I didn’t know what to do or what was wron I had my car towed to Autofair Honda after it would not turn over and kept falling back into accessory mode. I didn’t know what to do or what was wrong, but after calling (on a Sunday morning of a holiday weekend) I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable that I would be taken care of right away, even though I did not purchase my car there. I was offered a rental car, but before I paid the reasonable rate for a loaner the service guys checked and it was just a battery that needed replacing. I was in and out in under and hour for an emergency visit. Very happy. More
