Pleasant, courteous and most accommodating Went in for an oil change /rotation of tires and realized I wanted a state inspection,when i asked Jonathan Swallow if he could fit the inspection in Went in for an oil change /rotation of tires and realized I wanted a state inspection,when i asked Jonathan Swallow if he could fit the inspection in at my appt,, he happily accommodated my request and it would take an hour as he said to me ,I'll have you out in an hour" and sure enough after 1 hour he came to the Honda waiting room and brought me back to his desk where I paid and got my car keys and off I went.
