Non-Communicative Booked an appointment through the online service for a safety recall. The online booking indicated that the repair would likely take 2 hours. I had i Booked an appointment through the online service for a safety recall. The online booking indicated that the repair would likely take 2 hours. I had indicated that I would wait for the service to be completed. When I arrived I was told that the repairs would actually take 5 hours. I had someone come and pick me up, as I could not wait an entire day at the dealership. After 5 hours I never received a call in regards to the status of the vehicle, so I had someone drop me off almost 6 hours after leaving the vehicle for service. When I arrived I was told, after a 15 minute wait, that the vehicle looked like it was done, but no one could find the service tech who was working on the vehicle. The excuse that I was given for the long repair time was that this was a new recall and the service techs were still getting up to speed on how to make the repair. While I can appreciate that safety recalls may create unique repair situations that are not usually handled, I feel that you should have done a better job of communicating the actual time for service before I arrived at the dealership. Additionally, after nearly 6 hours of service my vehicle should be actively being worked on if it has not been completed. A 15 minute search should not have to locate the employee who was working on the vehicle. More

And Sue did a very good job closing the deal and walking me through all of the cars operational and technological features. My wife loves it ! More

The one point my wife and I both found incredibly thoughtful was when we got into our new car all the radio stations that were previously set in our old car were transferred to the new car without being asked. Scott is a great salesman and is not one of those that push it on you if it is not really what you want. Great Job Scott More

He went above abd beyond to ensure I was happy even after a week of having my HR-V. As the winter approached a light on my dash board popped up and I wasn’t sure what it was. I reached out to him and he immediately reassured me to just swing by the dealership to have service look at it. I had finally was able to get there recently & the service department was wonderful. They took care of the issue & found that my battery was on the way out the door. With the warranty still on my vehicle I was able to get a new battery placed in a decent amount of time. Thank you team Honda for taking great care of me :) More

The only complaint I have is that its not clear up front that the term "Certified" means 'Add $1000 to the negotiated price of the vehicle.' More
