I was able to negotiate a fair price on my Honda Ridgeline. Daniel Griffin deserves an excellent rating. Those working on trade value turned out to be less than desirable. Their initial trade offer was $12000 less than they eventually priced my vehicle on sale lot, and $5100 less than my initial ask. This is a 28% difference. I was able to negotiate a few thousand more toward trade but was told my asking value was easily $2000 too high. Funny because if I had gotten my $36K ask for 2017 MDX with 14000 miles, a car I and they knew could be sold as certified, they still would have made a $6000 profit (14.3% profit). I should have bargained harder, my bad in this process. Be careful when trading as they are sharks. My finance person, Derek Hammond, did a good job finishing the deal. When I went to my City clerk to register the following day, the registration paperwork was blank in the owner area. I called Autofair and they asked me to come back and get a corrected form. They fixed it quickly. Unfortunately I had to drive 60 miles (30 down and back) to pick up new paperwork. Oh well, mistakes happen. They gave me a free oil change for my troubles. More

Great experience, once again So, my situation was this... I had purchased a 2017 accord ex-l on lease 17 months ago. Loved that car. A few weeks ago I was sitting at a red light a So, my situation was this... I had purchased a 2017 accord ex-l on lease 17 months ago. Loved that car. A few weeks ago I was sitting at a red light and a drunk driver slammed into me at 45 mph and totalled my car. After weeks of dealing with my insurance company and driving a rental, that I found less than desirable, I finally got the paperwork stating my car was a total loss. That day I called Autofair Honda and was put in touch with Kerry Moynihan. Long story short, I walked in and told her exactly what I wanted... she ran my credit and then said, "let's go drive some cars". One hour later I drove away with a brand new 2018 Honda Accord EX-L... which I must admit, is 10 times nicer and more comfortable that my previous accord. Kerry showed me every in and out of the new car... she was beyond helpful. I work as a sales manager, and I can tell you, she is great at customer service. Kerry then offered to bring my rental back to enterprise for me and also gassed it up for me, which was very nice of her. All in all I have to admit, I am now two experiences deep with Autofair Honda... and I'm going to be a customer for life. Thanks, Kerry! You're awesome! More

He was clear, honest, focused on the details I focused on, took his time (which is good for me because I don't rush). I had two trade-in vehicles, neither of which were worth much. In addition to knowing my driveway would be cleared of the 2 vehicles I owned, I was given very fair value for both of them. Huge win for me. Jordan and his manager worked well with me to solve that problem. Go see Jordan, seriously. He doesn't look at you like you're a dollar sign. Everything up until this point was wonderful. I didn't think I was being "sold." I genuinely struggled with the finance manager. I was admittedly confused about some of the terminology & numbers as we finalized paperwork, but the effort to correct my confusion was minimal and a bit condescending. Additionally, several items that I didn't ask for were thrown into the financing of my vehicle, like an extended warranty, roadside assistance, etc., which I never asked for. My monthly payment was presented as if it were final, when in reality a few options had been thrown into the financing that I had to request be removed, and my payment was lowered significantly. Once my confusion was sorted out and my financing was accurate I was happy. But at that point I felt like I was being "sold." Two days later I was stuck in a snowstorm and the Jeep's back-end was sliding all over the road (not exaggerating.) I brought it into a tire shop where they pointed out that the two front tires were decent snow tires and the back tires were different, low on tread, and are not good in the snow. I had to replace those, another $500 out of my pocket. I should have seen that at the dealership but the tires were so similar it was hard to notice. Overall, the sales team was awesome. The vehicle is awesome. I didn't enjoy working with finance. I recommend the dealership overall. More

He was very freindly, knowledgable and service oriented to the max without the usual car saleman mentality.. We went on a test ride, he explained all the features, worked hard to get us a great trade in price and we closed the deal. He also took the extra time to download apps Honda of course so we could enjoy all the treasures of the android technology.. We we would recomend Sal to anyone.. Bill and janice Burke More
