Went in to have a remote starter removed & install new one. Brought my Mom's car in to have a old car starter removed & a new one installed & have the battery checked out., Also to check it out. After i got home Randell called me to discuss the findings, I told him to go ahead & fix what they found. He also told me about a recall & told me that that would be fixed while it was there, I also asked him if they could do an inspection. He said no problem. He was Great. More

Mike was patient while I tried out a few different used car to find the ONE that I never thought I could afford. My knight in shining armor was Adal, who taught me what every gadget does in the car. He also went above and beyond setting up the navigation system to my home address and resetting the lock code on the door to my own personal code. When I forgot my garage door opener in the car I traded in - Mike retrieved it for me and sent me a message that he had it. Its people like Mike and Adal that make the car buying process easy and satisfying. I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in the door.
