Vehicle purchase made easy! I owned a 2006 Honda Ridgeline for over 12 years. Loved it except for newer safety features like Bluetooth, lane departure warning, speed sensitive cr I owned a 2006 Honda Ridgeline for over 12 years. Loved it except for newer safety features like Bluetooth, lane departure warning, speed sensitive cruise control and specifically, blind spot detection, not being available. When the 2017 arrived with all the available safety features and new body style, I was hooked. I contacted AutoFair Honda but I realized I could not purchase one at that time. AutoFair was considerate of my situation. I was asked to keep the dealership in mind when the time came for a new truck. I was treated with respect and when , after two plus years, I received an email for a President's Day Sale at AutoFair Manchester, I knew the time was right for a new Ridgeline. Today, 02/15/19, I drove my new truck home. Pleasant dealing with everyone at the dealership, especially Debbi, Shantel and Jimmy, and I got an excellent deal! More

Sales staff did not completely disclose all of the information about a program we purchased and now we are dealing with the fact that we were under the impression that we were covered for certain service issues and we have come to find out the they lied (yes, lied) about it and did not fully disclose the particulars. Confusion to answers My experience started out on the wrong foot with them. We spent over 3 hours there and left more confused than when we got there. Days after our visit My experience started out on the wrong foot with them. We spent over 3 hours there and left more confused than when we got there. Days after our visit I received a very rude email from someone in the company that I was not very pleased with. After about two weeks after my visit I called them to try and get some answers before driving all the way back down there. After 3 phone calls I was approved for a car and just needed to come down and sign the paperwork. When I went down this time I worked with Laz who was absolutely fantastic and got right to work as soon as we were there. Scott was wonderful in finance and worked fast and got me a decent monthly payment that was exactly what I was hoping for. My second visit was much better than my first visit and left extremely happy. More
