Came for inspection when I bought this car last June, I was told the first inspection was free. I was surprised by the $45 fee. I was told that my 'free' inspection was w when I bought this car last June, I was told the first inspection was free. I was surprised by the $45 fee. I was told that my 'free' inspection was when I picked up the car, that this was the second one. I felt deceived and told Nelson this, also letting him know that I knew he was not responsible for the deceit. I asked for the General Manager's name which he provided, but he also deducted the $45 charge. Should the GM see this please reconsider this practice. If a customer buys a new car for close to $40K would you really charge them for an inspection sticker. This practice reinforces the stereotype of car salesman as dishonest. Had I paid for this inspection, you would never have seen me again as a customer in either sales or service. Nelson kept me as a customer. More
