Used car purchase experience. ALL vehicles should come with at least 2 keys. Someone who buys a car for $17K should not have to pay $216 to get a spare key. When you spend $17K for a car, it should include 4 floor mats that actually fit that year vehicle. Susan told me this vehicle was being detailed, while I was processing my finance paperwork. When we finished the paperwork, we went to the vehicle and it WAS NOT detailed. I had to leave my vehicle at autofair for 5 days, to get a wheel refinished, inspection and detailing. This included a free rental. This vehicle had lots of scratches on it. Your vehicles should be detailed, before you put them on the lot for sale, so your customer does not have to take their time to drop off and pick up at a later date. More

It fit the bill exactly, and I was very satisfied with the terms of the lease and an how the transaction went. More

My front tire was going flat and I brought it to the Hyundai dealership.nobody I would like to thank Frank and his crew for helping me out last week. My front tire was going flat and I brought it to the Hyundai dealership.nobody there would help me and they sent me to the Ford dealership. The Ford dealership couldn't take me and sent me to Honda. I know you guys were busy but you understood my dilemma and took very good care of me. You had me in and out in less than 20 minutes with no issues. Frank and his crew were very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs service done on the their vehicle. They work on all makes and models. Thanks again! Bill Burke More
