Turned Lemons into Lemonade I came into the dealership with the car I wanted to purchase already picked out on-line. I was met by Ty Kang at the door. He treated me fairly well, I came into the dealership with the car I wanted to purchase already picked out on-line. I was met by Ty Kang at the door. He treated me fairly well, but I was disappointed overall in that he ignored several of my questions and felt like a second class citizen by his demeanor. Lisa Gendron in Finance answered several questions that I had not received an answer to and was great to deal with. I sent a follow-up e-mail a few days later outlining my issues, further questions, and request for appropriate response. I had to go back to finalize the loan paperwork and was met by Shantel Frost, who I had sent the e-mail to. She was wonderful, set me up with Jeff Shatney, who spent at least 3 hours going over the vehicle top to bottom, was very patient and understanding. I met the service manager Chris Lavalee, who would be fixing a couple issues with the vehicle, and he was great. So I in the end, I had a great experience thanks to Lisa, Jeff, Shantel and Chris. They turned lemons into lemonade! More
