I would recommend letting a potential buyer know that only $2,500 can be put onto credit cards and the remainder must be cash or check. Everyone was very accommodating but it did require a second trip to complete my down payment, when I easily could have brought the checkbook had I known. Shaun in finance was also helpful, I would recommend a little less social discussion, but very much appreciated the time to discuss options with my husband. More

Service in CRV I brought my CRV in and drop off as I had a Friday AM appointment. I was standing waiting to be checked in with a lot of people standing around talkin I brought my CRV in and drop off as I had a Friday AM appointment. I was standing waiting to be checked in with a lot of people standing around talking to each other. Yes some others were with customers. Liam checked me in and apologize and said he was on his way out, but took the time to check me in. I had been in October and was told need new spark plugs & belt. , which was why I was bring the car in. We settled on replacing spark plugs since belt was good. Bret was going to be my go to person on Friday as Liam was off. Brett called me to tell me I didn’t need spark Plugs or belt as it had been done before, apparently the last technician who serviced didn’t look at my records only the number of miles on car. I ended up having inspection & oil change done sling with alignment. I was not happy that I almost paid for the same service twice when it wasn’t necessary. These items are expensive and the estimated cost was $400. Bret was very good felt he spent time looking at my service records sine I’ve had all work done at Autofair or Grappone when working in Concord. More
