I usually try to have Pete Reynolds take care of my truck good guy and I trust him. Here's the problem the service tech John Otis tried to have me pay for a oil pan gasket replacement cost of $400.00. because he claimed I had an oil leak. I passed on the gasket replacement and reviewed at my house...no leak. In a passed life I was a mechanic and worked everything from motorcycles to race boats and heavy equipment. So I know what I'm talking about. I feel John either does not know what he's doing or he tried to screw me over. I'll go to Autofair again but 1. I'll only let Pete Reynolds take care of the car and let anyone but John Otis touch my truck. More

2019 New Honda CRV We went in for potential electrical issues, as the windows (including the moon roof) were open over night, apparently on their own. Software Bug Causing Battery Discharge While the issue still remains unresolved ….. the service rep that I dealt with was exceptional. His communications (person to person, emails & phone calls), investigative skills and follow through were fantastic. Pete worked with Honda America to determine that my battery discharge issue was being caused by a software glitch during the shutdown cycle that allowed a battery drain to occur. Evidently ihis is an issue impacting all 2019 CR-Vs. Pete spoke with Honda and arranged for a software update to be released within the next week (by 3/13/2019) that will resolve the issue. Hopefully Honda will live up to his timeframe commitment!!! Please don't let me down! More
