The customer service drive in area was clean and welcoming. The staff was attentive and took care of registering my auto for oil change quickly. Sam was curtious, dressed in approperiate uniform an welcoming. The staff was attentive and took care of registering my auto for oil change quickly. Sam was curtious, dressed in approperiate uniform and professional in every way. The customer waiting area is clean and spacious. There is plenty of room My only complaint is it took over 75 minintes for only an oil change! I had to ask if it was done and it was. I suspect they were waiting to give me a sales pitch and trade in evaluation. I am not interested. I have a prepaid maintaunce agreement for oil changes, and I like that they check for any issues that could prevent a major repair. I don't appreciate that they always are pushing a new sale. It makes me want to skip using the dealership for maintenance and go elsewhere. Over an hour for an oil change is and hour too long, It should take 30 minutes tops. I know they make a living off sales but if they want customers to come in for regular simple oil changes then make it a reasonable amount of time when I am waiting. It was overly warm in customer lounge, I understand that is to be expected when it's been over 90 and humid in New Hampshire in September, but it contributed to my impatience. So keep it cool to keep your customers in better spirits. More
