Service couldn't care less Service here is terrible. Earlier this year when we were in, they misdiagnosed an issue by SEVERAL THOUSAND dollars, and several days of labor. This t Service here is terrible. Earlier this year when we were in, they misdiagnosed an issue by SEVERAL THOUSAND dollars, and several days of labor. This time we had a part replaced by warranty to fix a major issue issue. Get it home, issue not fixed. Bring it back to get a DIFFERENT part replaced. Get the vehicle back with a 6" crack in the windshield. After multiple calls to service yesterday and today, we were told we'd get a call back tonight. No one called. Called them before they closed, the "only guy on" couldn't have cared less. "Uh well you can call a manager in the morning. Yeah IDK." Will absolutely be done with Autofair Honda as a whole after this. It's too bad their sales team is great, but they don't have the service team to back up the purchaser after buying. These are just the issues in the past 2-3 months. Not even the poor experiences we've had with them overall. Twice I've tried to express my concerns and frustrations, and was met with a few "yup's" and "I don't knows" and "k sure's". More
