Excellent customer service My 2012 Odyssey needed a basic A service and the summer wheels/tires bolted on (winter tires are on their own wheels). I did purchase the van from Aut My 2012 Odyssey needed a basic A service and the summer wheels/tires bolted on (winter tires are on their own wheels). I did purchase the van from Autofair 7 years ago, and perform all services there out of customer loyalty. Each set of wheels has TPMS sensors installed so that I can simply unbolt/bolt on wheels. On this car the computer needs to be mapped to the "new" wheel sensors at every switch of the wheels. The service folks thought they did this correctly. Unfortunately after about 20min from the dealership the TPMS fault light went on and I could not clear it. Time is my biggest constraint, and after some conversation Justin agreed to come to my house and map the sensors and test drive the car. Justin was even arrived with a loaner vehicle in case further repair was needed to correct the issue. The computer re-mapping was all that was needed and the issue is fixed. Justin was amazing, this young fellow has clear General Manager depth of talent for how well he worked with me during the issue - we were both calm for all conversations. The dealership has always treated me very well, and I will continue to make the 2 hour round trip drive to them for service. More

I did not receive email to rate my salesman as they said I would. I still have not heard back from the finance Dept as to a new rate to Finace my one year old car. The service dept has been excellent no complaints there. I am not sure I would buy another cat from Auto Fair Honda. I have been in customer service and sales most my adult life and it makes you more selective with who you deal with. They try but there is no follow up. I like my Honda but I may be going to Toyota I know it’s about your credit history but I make 80k and have been with the same company 4yrs. More

I asked to have them look at the front passenger door lock as it has been sticking. I was told that for them to just look at it would cost me $179! Seriously? I told him I had purchased the.car new there and have been a loyal customer for the life of the car. I was told "We appreciate your loyalty, but that's not included in the 120k service. Wow I guess loyalty only works one way there now. More
