A + Best Leasing experience We went on July 16 with the intent to lease an Accord and were met by Lorenzo. He immediately set up the transaction, no hasseles. We ran into some difficulty making the transaction not do able , but he did not make us feel like we were any less of a customer and immediately recommended the Civic, along with Lazaros. We had some hesitation , as it was smaller, however, Lorenzo had us try it on for size and it was perfect .Again had some issues, but he worked through those without hesitation, showing care and concern for the circumstances of the lease and respect to us even though we had to downsize. Liars, Thieves & Cheats! I was in touch with Kathy Cavanaugh via email to get 'today's ePrice' for the Pilot Touring. I did this because my wife wanted to go to a Nashua deale I was in touch with Kathy Cavanaugh via email to get 'today's ePrice' for the Pilot Touring. I did this because my wife wanted to go to a Nashua dealership and we live in Manchester NH. Kathy responded and the price she quoted was less than what the nashua dealership quoted which was great because now we can stay local. Mind you my wife didn't want to go to Autofair Honda because of previous bad experiences but the price was right so we decide were going there right away to purchase this vehicle. I decide to call Kathy instead of emailing her to let her know that we would be right over. While i had her on the phone my wife and i were curios about the EX-L with Navigation and Rear Entertainment system so I asked her for today's ePrice on that as well. She stated that she wanted to make sure the vehicles were on the lot and put me on hold. She came back and said they were and quoted my a price that was higher than the next level up trim level of the Touring package. I reminded her that she just quoted me a much lower price online for a top of the line vehicle so that price couldn't be right. She began to fumble and said that she must have been given the wrong information and put me on hold again to find out. She came back and said that she couldn't give me an ePrice because they didn't have those 2 vehicles at the dealership yet. I stopped her right there and called her a liar because she had just told me that she checked to see if those vehicles were on the lot and she said yes and already quoted me a price even though it was a price that was more than the price quoted for better model (Touring). Again she started fumbling for words and tried to say she was not lying to me but she was already done in my book. I said you are all full of lies and this was the reason my wife didn't want to go there in the first place. Save yourself the headache and go to Peters Honda of Nashua. More
