Adding Customer Unnecessary cost I went for Oil change & State inspection and dealer failed the inspection because of Exhaust leakage, they insisted to replace the Exhaust flex pipe a I went for Oil change & State inspection and dealer failed the inspection because of Exhaust leakage, they insisted to replace the Exhaust flex pipe and for parts and labor $1000. I went to local Auto care for second opinion and they said it’s just a gasket change and bold are missing and they did for $180 including their labor and parts cost (Gasket & 3 Nuts). The dealer was just pushing to replace entire thing that's not required. I request dealer to serve the customer that required and instead of insisting the things that are not required and also provide the full details in summary for the cost. I totally disappointed with dealer. More
