My wife and I dealt with Mr. Bob black who was an absolute pleasure to work with in the sense that he fully understood customer service. Not only did he earn our business but he went the extra mile to show us exactly why he deserved it by helping us solve a lease trade in issue that the previous manufacturer was unwilling to cooperate with. The whole interaction felt very genuine. Bob was extremely helpful throughout and is certainly someone I would recommend to others if you are in the market for a new Honda.
