Chris Lavalle was excellent. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with the issue. When I first brought the problem to the dealer I was angered by their unwillingness to fix a problem that was solely on assisting me with the issue. I had my first maintenance appointment (free oil change & tire rotation). The gentleman was extremely helpful and professional. Very friendly and caring. However, I would never buy another vehicle here because the sales department is very argumentative, unprofessional and slow. It took them nearly seven hours to do the paperwork for me to buy this car. Then they gave me minimum instruction for operation of the vehicle. Very unprofessional and was not accommodating at all, especially for such an expensive purchase. I entered the dealership filled with excitement and joy but left deflated and with a heavy heart. By the time the salesman had the car ready for me to drive out it was the fastest I saw them move. Maybe because it was closing time and they wanted to shut off the lights and go home. I had to drive back there (over an hour) a few days later because they failed to give me my spare key and they sent me away with less than a quarter tank of gas, so I had to gas up before I got home. I am close to eighty years old , dark outside with very little gas. This was quite an experience, to say the least! And this was a very expensive car! More
