Looking to buy a new truck After dealing with Mel/Andrew/Alex and other individuals from AutoFair, as they know we tried very hard to close a deal, first the original Ford that After dealing with Mel/Andrew/Alex and other individuals from AutoFair, as they know we tried very hard to close a deal, first the original Ford that we were interested in fell through, second we were within hours of closing the deal on the 2018 RAM, and that fell through, the reasons are well known to them, thus will not be repeated. This all created a trust issue, while we are aware of the reputation of auto sales personnel, I generally trust everyone until they prove me wrong. I have four vehicles and will be replacing one later this year, I will NOT BE going to any division of AutoFair in Manchester. We moved on, closing a deal on a 2019 RAM, WITHOUT PAYING ANY DOC FEE OF $549 or ANY GOVERNMENT FEE of $27 soon. The doc fee is allowed by the states, and it varies with each dealership in each state, it can be $0 or it can be $1000, this is NOTHING more than an increase in the profit of the vehicle. Eliminating the Doc Fee would NOT, impacted your profit margin one bit, and THEY KNOW IT! They have enough profit built in and avoid losing money on almost all deals, even without the bonus of the “doc fee”. I would much rather walk away from a deal just to make sure they cannot collect their bonus “doc fee”, just as I did. My only advise for anyone thinking of shopping at this dealership, consider all the hidden expenses (they will be in your costs someplace), it will make a different if you finance. More

Good experience and great salesman I had recently sold my wife’s old car and we were looking to purchase a used Honda HR-V because it was the right size and I know how reliable Honda is I had recently sold my wife’s old car and we were looking to purchase a used Honda HR-V because it was the right size and I know how reliable Honda is. I had found a few options and we started our search at AutoFair Honda when we went in on a Thursday evening for test drives. We worked with Dan Griffin as our salesman. The first one was very nice, but was not quite what we were wanting. The second and third HR-Vs were not in great condition and we did not bother test driving them. We went inside to see what other options were available and decided to give one more a test because it was Honda Certified and still in a doable price range for us. We tested it and were happy with the car and features. After working on getting the price to an agreeable amount, which took a good bit of effort in negotiations, we bought the vehicle. We were expecting to come back the next day and pay it off and take it home, but instead were able to leave with it that night and still come back to pay it off and get the inspection done the next day. The whole process was relatively easy, aside from having to put a bit more effort into negotiating the price than we should have, and we have been very happy with our HR-V. I highly recommend Dan Griffin because he was very kind and honest about his presentation of each vehicle and was open and willing to work with us to find the right car and aid in our price negotiation. The one thing my wife and I did not particularly love was having to ring a bell when we finalized the sale, but every dealer has their own nuances I suppose. We are happy with our experience at AutoFair and would consider them again for future car purchases. More
