Went in due to the fact that my AC was blowing warm air. Have an extended warranty. Quoted me the 259 for diagnostics and if it was only in need of a recharge. I would only pay that. I figured the recharge was less than 200 since that’s what it always cost in the past. They charged 399 and I could not say no because they would have charged the diagnostic. If they told me 399 was the charge at drop off. I would have driven away. The same exact service is 100 dollars cheaper at Peters Honda in Nashua. Oddly the AC was perfectly fine the last time I was in there. These are the only ones that have opened my hood. Was devoid of all Freon and no leak detected. More

This is my sixth vehicle I have bought from them, and if you're looking for a great salesman that goes above and beyond for you, see Ed Ryan , He explains everything that the vehicle your getting does and has and he's not pushy like some salesman are at other dealerships. And when your vehicle is being delivered, he shows you everything it has and what it can do. The financial team is great as well. When you go into the office to sign the paperwork, they explain everything that you are signing. But if you do go there to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend and ask to see Ed Ryan for your salesman he goes above and beyond for you. And autofair Honda deserves the highest award that a dealership can get . They are not pushy like some dealerships are. And Autofair Honda makes your visit there worth going there to buy a new vehicle. And they all work fast and like some dealerships you're not there for several hours then find out you didn't get approval. This dealership from sales to the service department is totally fantastic.
