I just purchased 2017 Cadillac Luxury XT5 from AUTOFAIR Ford and FERID (Freddie) was great! On the job just 1 month, He was very patient, helpful and actually drove the car to my home 1 hr. Away from the dealership with a full tank of gas and title in hand. There was an issue on his first attempt down, but they got a Flatbed, got back into the shop, diagnose the issue, an oil line and it was resolved the next morning. Jerome in service kept me informed of the progress and even gave me his cell phone number. In New Hampshire they don’t have the warrantees like in MA but I feel confident that they will stand by this car, as if they would have had I bought it in MA. I had already been to many places and done a ton of research, none of the other dealers I went to gave me the confidence and were as honest as these folks in my purchase. Buying a car is one of the worst feelings but have to say, these guys really care about the client and also have a good time with each other! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family! Ask for Freddie…. More

I went in to have my Lincoln upgraded to Carplay based on what they said could be done, they bricked my car and then tried to tell me that I was responsible for the new APIM for 1300.00, later found out from what they said could be done, they bricked my car and then tried to tell me that I was responsible for the new APIM for 1300.00, later found out from another dealer that my car was not capable to upgrade the APIM with Carplay as the module didn't support it and could indeed brick the APIM, but no word or help from Ford or Autofair, and to top it off, the other dealership can fix it for 155.00 cheaper with Carplay added. so much for great customer experience! More
