Very rude salesman, management did nothing and allowed him to argue with me and I had to call my lawyer and had him speak to the salesman, then his manager who told him to release my vehicle and still did him to argue with me and I had to call my lawyer and had him speak to the salesman, then his manager who told him to release my vehicle and still didn't, then he called his GSM and he spoke to my lawyer and told this salesman to deliver my vehicle and still didn't until my lawyer told him there would be a problem if he didn't and that I paid cash for the truck and they no longer owned the vehicle. He said that I could not attach the Massachusetts plates on the truck on his property and to tow the truck down the street and put the plates on there. My lawyer and I both told him that in Massachusetts you have 7 days to transfer your plates which he did not know and he still didn't allow even after speaking to his bosses. For them to allow this is just wrong. While I was waiting I spoke to someone else who was not happy and had a bad experience with them also. He told me last week that he had a lady from Texas to tow her car down the street to put her plates on. Once I paid for the truck he was told they no longer owned it and I could do whatever I wanted to. I am surprised management let's this happen more than once. I told him that I would tell the truth and tell every platform like carfax, car guru, Facebook etc. I was to receive 2 keys and he only gave me 1 and when I asked for the 2nd one he said they cost 350$. When I arrived to get the vehicle did not address me, shake my hand or say thank you when I left, how rude. I would never buy another vehicle for this dealership again More
