In the pass buying a car at a dealership for me was very nerving. I dreaded going in.The dealers seemed to be a little to pushy for me, But this time buying two car for me and my wife was good and easy. Sc nerving. My initial experience with the new guy was marginal, his sales nmanger was typically a standard car salesman. He is focused on the customer even though I am an X plan account. I am a Vice President for Philips Healthcare a major fleet customer of Ford. The Escape I purchased is a personal vehicle. Scott handled every part of this transaction like I was a ( normal ) customer not cutting any corners. I do still have some issues with the back bumper and hitch, but I am certain they will be handled with the same level of professionalism.Scott is a definate asset to Autofair. After serval attempts to locate one Phil found one that was coming in at another dealer, he kept me informed everyday until he secured it with the other dealer, once he secured it he went to pick the vechile up and within the same day he had everything waiting for me, to enjoy the new Explorer. We were in a budget bind. When we walked in we told Scott what we could afford and asked if he had anything that fit the bill. My experience was great because I no longer had a vehicle and needed one as soon as possible. As a single mom with 5 children, I needed to get around in a vehicle that was dependable. I filled out all my applications online and when I got to the auto store, everything was ready for me. My sales associate was very understanding of my situation and worked fast to get me into a great priced van. While waiting for an answer from the bank, he helped by playing with my baby and offering me coffee and snacks. After all paper work was filled out,and being at the store for the first time for only 3hrs; I was on my way home with my new van that day!!! A year ago I visited Autofair Ford to look at leasing a 2010 ford Edge. Matt Roy was the sales person. I told him what options I was looking for. There was no car on the lot that matched what I wanted. He said he could locate one and found one at another dealer. When he contacted the dealer he found out it was a demo and recommended not to take it. He continued to search and found another in Maine. We went through to number to lease and found the cost to be prohibited. I decided to buy and he was able to find a rate acceptable to me. I picked up the car the next day. i have had no problem with Edge. It has been serviced at Autofair. The experience was without a hitch. I had a problem sync-ing my cell phone with the car. a salesperson at the dealer spend over an hour trying to make ir work. We finally came to the conclusion my cell phone was not compatible with ford sync. They were correct...after changing phones it worked. Very happy with the car and dealership. Bob Hesseltine More
My husband and I have owned Ford vehicles for the past twenty two years, first a Ford Bronco II for twelve years and then a Ford Escape for the past ten years. When it came time to trade in our Escape we didn't hesitate to go back to AutoFair Ford in Manchester NH. This dealership has been taking care of our vehicle for the past ten years and we were very satisfied with their service dept. So we decided to go to them to get a new vehicle. Their sales staff were just as friendly and helpful as the service dept. We ended up purchasing a 2010 Ford Escape Limited and we LOVE it. I (wife) am especially happy with it. I work at night and driving this vehicle to work in the snow and freezing weather this past winter has been a very positive thing. I have felt very safe in it and have had no problems what so ever. I just am so proud of owning this SUV and keep noticing how many others have made the same great decision to purchase a vehicle from Ford. Thanks again for a great experience and especially for a super duper wonderful SUV. More
