My whole experience with AutoFair Ford was great.....I asked them to put me in a certain vehicle, for a certain price, for a certain amount of time and they did just that......Scott made it happen .....AN asked them to put me in a certain vehicle, for a certain price, for a certain amount of time and they did just that......Scott made it happen .....AND I GOT TO DRIVE MY NEW VEHICLE RIGHT OUT OF THE SHOWROOM AND DRIVE IT HOME "THAT NIGHT".....NEVER had that happen before at any dealership!!!!!!!! I was looking to downsize vehicles, and my credit was not very good. The dealership, especially the salesperson, Scott Waniak, treated me with respect and professionalism. He was not pushy, and did not try to steer me any particular way. He got me answers quickly, and they were able to finance with FMCC at a very reasonable rate. The entire deal was done in one day. I have since brought the vehicle back for service twice, and was promptly taken care of. I would highly recommend Scott and this dealership. More
I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was with the service I received from my sales agent Scott and his Manager Adell. Scott was everything a good salesman should be- polite, attentive, helpful, hones service I received from my sales agent Scott and his Manager Adell. Scott was everything a good salesman should be- polite, attentive, helpful, honest, informative and most importantly NOT PUSHY, RUDE or CONDESCENDING. I would also use that description for Adell as well. Actually I even liked the finance guy (I'm sorry but I cannot recall his name) he was more than willing to make sure I fully understood all of my options as well as how all the numbers worked on the forms. (I can say without any doubt that I fully understand all of my finance paperwork. One of my biggest pet peeves is bad customer service and I have no problems what so ever about making any discontentment I may have very, VERY well known. (You don't want me to tell you about my birthday trip to Foxwoods. Never stay at the MGM Grand.) I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Scott and Adell. Quite the contrary, I intend on baking some cookies for them. (they can share if they want) More

My initial experience with the new guy was marginal, his sales nmanger was typically a standard car salesman. He is focused on the customer even though I am an X plan account. I am a Vice President for Philips Healthcare a major fleet customer of Ford. The Escape I purchased is a personal vehicle. Scott handled every part of this transaction like I was a ( normal ) customer not cutting any corners. I do still have some issues with the back bumper and hitch, but I am certain they will be handled with the same level of professionalism.Scott is a definate asset to Autofair. Thank you for your excellent job. More
We loved working with Scott and Jessica was great when it came to the finance portion. The only reason I felt at all uncomfortable through the entire process was this sales manager named Lance. We were really all ready to purchase the car, Scott had made us a fair deal, then this Lance guy "swoops' in for a kill that didn't need to be "killed". Frankly, he almost killed it. I had to send my husband home he was so offended. Again, Scott rocked, I would recomend him directly. Keep Lance on a leash or he's going to blow with cautious consumers (and these days, isn't that everybody?). More

I came in to buy out my lease on my 2008 Fusion and Scott helped me with what was the best deal for me to go with to end my lease on the 2008 Fusion. I loved my Fusion and I did not want to lease any more I wanted to buy so he found me the best deal with the 2011 Fusion inventory that Auto Fair had and I am so pleased with my new 2011 Fusion. I would refer Scott to any one who is looking to purchase or lease a new car from Auto Fair. I had a great experience with no hassles. This is my 3rd car with Auto Fair and Scott made it the best. Financing also was made easy. I had lots of questions and Scott answered all my questions and so here I am with my new car and I am very satisfied. More
In the pass buying a car at a dealership for me was very nerving. I dreaded going in.The dealers seemed to be a little to pushy for me, But this time buying two car for me and my wife was good and easy. Sc nerving.
