Had new tires put on my 2017 F150, and they trashed my rims. The rims were almost flawless, and I made the mistake of not taking pics of them before they did the work. Now, they say it is normal wear and tear, and they did not damage them. Basically they called me a liar without saying the word! Will never use any AutoFair dealership again! If you use them, take pictures before they do services so you do not get screwed over! More
I purchased my last two trucks from AutoFair and the experience was OK - however, after bringing vehicles back for service I have been facing nightmares. About a month ago, I brought my vehicle for warranty work - which was not even fully fixed. At that visit, the Cashier was rude, ignored me, and attempted to double charge me for prior work. I gave an honest review on the survey from Ford. After doing this, I got calls from the dealer attempting to make it right, and begging for me to edit my survey to 5 stars. Well, today, I brought my vehicle in after getting off a midnight shift as a first responder. I was told this would be a quick diagnosis of the problem that was not fully fixed - they had mentioned the survey many times, but never told me they wouldn't look at the truck or honor the appointment I had until AFTER I updated my review to all 5 stars. I sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours waiting for this diagnosis to be completed before they mentioned they were "just waiting on the survey" which was lost in my email. After they told me that they hadn't even looked at the truck, I filled out the survey with more HONEST feedback, and decided to leave. Jerome called me and bullied me into trying to change the review, trying to guilt me into changing it by explaining how they provided the basic service which they are supposed to preform. On my way home, I called another dealer who was appalled by this, scheduled an appointment without any of the hassles I've had with AutoFair, and was much friendlier. I also called Ford directly and they said that the behavior from the dealer was "sleazy" and extremely concerning with how they are treating the surveys. This was the final straw for me. I am extremely frustrated at the total lack of respect for my time and having wasted over three hours of my day in their waiting room for the truck to sit and not even be looked at. More

You must have a license plate reader in the Service Department, because every time I drive in, I am greeted by name. VERY SHARP! All of the repairs needed were explained thoroughly.
