Bought a 2023 F150 King Ranch with a 7 year 72K warranty. Honeymoon over the sales process. A month later sent my truck in to get a bed liner, they outsourced and gave my truck to a 3rd party who took my truck for a joyride. I had easy pass pings and over 500 miles on my truck. My hybrid battery was broke, my Sirus radio not operational and a ding in the driver side door. When I complained to Chuck the GM he chastised me and said due to telematics this did not happen, that he would not honor my warranty and was not allowed back on Autofair ford Manchester NH property. I had to take my brand new once and a lifetime truck to another dealer. Through the warranty process I had to pay my new dealer a fee so I’m out of pocket for a fix that Chuck and Paul at Autofair will not honor. I paid 68K for this truck the last truck of my lifetime. Chuck Hogan GM and Paul V the Service Manager could care less, actually Paul has been harassing me to take down my post and ratings, bully tactics, no leadership, these guys are two privileged know it alls and only care about the sale nothing more nothing less. Run from Autofair and drive and extra 15 minutes then go through the nightmare experience with this amateur crew.
