I went to Autofair Ford not expecting to be able to purchase a car. I was able to drive away with a brand new 2013 Ford Focus thank to the sales representative Scott Kling. He was extremely knowledgeable and his experience is was afforded me that opportunity. He is also a very personable person and made me feel 100% comfortable with deciding to purchase something of this caliber. Scott's great customer service didn't just stop at selling me the car. He helped me to find insurance for my vehicle and he went over everything there is to know about the car with me. He even answered all my, what seemed like, 100 questions. Scott also set my cell phone up with SYNC for me as I am not very tech savvy. I am glad he did because I absolutely love this feature. Also, while there my daughter wanted a snack out of the vending machine and as I looked for change to give her, Scott reached in his pocket and handed her a few ones! He did not have too but I thought that was very sweet! More
Buyers beware. The only interest Autofair has is their own. Did you know not all dealers use the optional "Dealer added information"? It's the smaller sticker next to the large window sticker, A own. The "Gold Rewards Program" is actually already included w/your new vehicle purchase. "Ford and Lincoln Mercury also will offer complimentary roadside assistance for the entire basic and powertrain warranty period, including towing, fuel-fill and lock-out services". If that alone does not convince you this dealership is not consumer friendly, please read on: AutoFair prefers "spot deliveries" this technique can cause the consumer many problems and only offers protection to the dealer. If you do decide to take a vehicle off their lot, do not sign the "contigent on financing" waiver-again protects the dealer not you. They will take your trade in hostage and force you to sign their newly found loan contract days or weeks later. As you may have noticed I am not a happy AutoFair customer, I have taken the time to write this to hopefully protect someone from misplacing their trust in this dealership. There are so many good dealerships out there that there is NO reason to subject yourself to their unscrupulous sales tactics and questionable finance schemes. I also believe their tactics are used throughout all the dealerships owned by AutoFair. I also believe any favorable reviews found on this site or similar review sites are most likely written and replied to by an AutoFair employee. More
I went to Auto Fair Ford looking for a new Mustang. They didn't have the one I was looking for in stock so the salesman I was talking to told me they could order one and have it in about 9 weeks. Nine weeks later I get a call from AutoFair telling me they never placed the order. When I ask how this happened they told me the dealer I was working with left and in the transition the order was overlooked. Obviously I was rather unhappy. After several conversations with a new salesman and the manager AutoFair made it right by placing a rush order and compensating me for the delay. Not the ideal experience but in they end they made it right which is all you can ask for. Mistakes happen but when they do good business do right by their customers and that is what AutoFair did. I scored them as OK for now assuming the rush order comes in as expected I would upgrade that to good or higher. More
Just wanted to give a shout out to Khaled Haque. My wife and I were in the mood to look at new cars on a Saturday so we went to Autofair Ford. We were not going to buy that day but guess what. We bought a used 2007 Toyta Camry that was on the lot. "Haque" was a no pressure sales person that went above and beyond to help us decide on what vehicle would fit our budget and also one we liked.. I would not hesitate in buying another vehicle from Autofair Ford and guess what.. I will by from only Khaled Haque..... Thanks again... More

My husband and I went in last weekend to just test drive a few cars and of course, we went home with a brand new Ford Edge! Joe Ouellette, our salesman, made the entire experience SO easy and painless! Even a few cars and of course, we went home with a brand new Ford Edge! Even with our six month old baby in tow! :) They even brought another car that we wanted to test drive from a different lot, so we could see them side by side. Bringing an infant car shopping could have been a disaster but everyone at Auto Fair did their best to make us all comfortable and made test driving a breeze! Joe did such a great job taking care of everything for us and he has even called already to make sure we are still pleased with the car! We would absolutely recommend Auto Fair to anyone and everyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle. They really do "make it happen". :) More
I was looking on the Web, checking out the new vehicles (mainly Trucks). I had a 2007 Avalanche and loved it. It had 83,000 miles but still in excellent condition. I thought it would be a good time to buy a new truck. Initially, I was planning on buying another Avalanche, but wanted to look at the F150 withe the EcoBoost 6 cylinder. I received a call on tuesday from Autofair and another Ford dealership. On Friday Amanda called and asked me to just come in and take a test ride. Right, I know once I'm there they would be pushy and I'd get ticked off. Of course she said that wouldn't happen. So I went up met Adelle who got me with Haque our salesman. Well, I must say, I wasn't rushed, pushed into anything but Haque said take your time, pick what you would like to ride and he would get the keys. So I decided to look at the Larato,fully loaded and with the ECO Boost engine. He got the keys pulled it out and ran down how to operate almost everything, and off we went. Now I know why they weren't pushy, the vehicle sells itself!! I love the Avalanche but not asa much as this truck. The ride, comfort features and power were all AWESOME!!! So, I decided to get this specific truck. Yes it was expensive but we decided to lease it and they gave me a great deal and a great value for my Avalanache. The lease cost ended up to be less than my daughter's 2012 Honda Civic. Yes I am a happy New Ford Truck Owner!! Definetely would recommend the F150 and AutoFair Ford.. BTW, I'm not getting anything extra, if I was unhappy, I would have stated it. Roy Jennings More
These gentlemen were very professional but friendly. They knew their product and were able to reach a good price with my trade ins.
