There is no better testament to your business than direct feedback from your customers. As you'll see in the countless other reviews listed here, our customers (and absolutely not "AutoFair employees", as the reviewer claims) are so satisfied with their purchases that they make it a point to fill these forums with their positive experiences. All forms of feedback and criticism are important and taken seriously. Because we want every customer who purchases a vehicle to be 100% satisfied, we have done literally everything in our power to help this customer out. Unfortunately, what we have here is a case of buyer's remorse and a person who has decided to take out these frustrations on us, despite our countless attempts to rectify the situation. In regards to the "Dealer Added Information" sticker, this is actually known as a "Consumer Information Label" and is used by dealers to disclose to the consumer anything added to a new vehicle. We use this sticker to list any accessories we've installed, to further explain the fuel economy information, and to explain our complimentary Gold Rewards Program. Our Rewards Program is absolutely not "already included" in any new Ford vehicle purchase. It is complimentary with every new or pre-owned vehicle purchase at an AutoFair location. This program gets you 5-7% cash back on every service and parts purchase, special reimbursement benefits for travel interruption, emergency road service, towing, key lock-out, insurance deductibles, and much more. As far as taking delivery of a newly purchased vehicle, we make every possible attempt to allow a customer to take delivery of their vehicle the day they purchase it (after all, who wants to pay for a vehicle that they aren't driving). This is for the benefit of the consumer. Remember, our goal is always to make your purchase as easy, painless, and enjoyable as possible, and to do everything we can to ensure your 100% satisfaction. We do not "hold trades hostage" or ever force a customer to sign ANYTHING. The tactics described in this review do not describe a dealership with our beliefs. We believe in the community. We believe that if you put the customer first, then you will reap the rewards. This is why giving back to the community is a part of our business plan. This is why every holiday season we donate a portion of the proceeds of every vehicle sold to the NH Food Bank. This is why we give a free car to a lucky student every year with the Make the Grade Program, and also participate in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Fundraising Walk. We care about every individual, whether they choose our dealership or not, and we will continue to do our part.
