Feedback like this allows us to better improve our business, however, this review was written before we took care of and resolved the issues stated. As hard as we try to be perfect in every transaction, sometimes mistakes are made. However, as a business that puts its customers first, it’s important that we resolve these mistakes when they do happen. In this instance, we overnighted a title form to the customer so she could register her vehicle in Massachusetts. However, either we, or UPS, messed up a number on the address, and the title was delivered to the wrong house. Once we found this out, we immediately sent an employee to the out-of-state location to find and retrieve the package. After a couple hours of investigating and talking to neighbors, we retrieved the package and brought it directly to the customer at work. We did everything we possibly could to alleviate the stress caused by this situation. Because we understood how frustrated she was and because of how important it is that EVERY customer is 100% satisfied, we then sent her a VISA gift card for the hassle. This customer was clearly frustrated when she wrote this review, but as you can see, we will go above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction, and we hope that an update of this review by the customer will confirm just that. All customers, especially ones who call into our dealership to set an appointment, are met with the highest level of customer service we can provide. This includes starting and pulling up any vehicles of interest, having an informed manager ready and waiting, having all the necessary information and paperwork arranged, and taking any other appropriate steps to prepare for the appointment. This is done to ensure you a quick, yet thorough and informative visit to our dealership. That being said, we can get very busy on weekends and sale days and always plan accordingly, however we do make mistakes. Although being busy in no way excuses our lack of preparation, we hope that during the few times this happens, our customers realize that their best intentions are always our #1 priority. We will always strive to cater to your needs and provide you with a timely and effective visit to our dealership; it wouldn't be beneficial to do otherwise. We hope that this customer also realizes a few things: firstly, that we do have our customer’s best interests at heart 100% of the time, secondly, that we do make mistakes, and thirdly, that we will always learn from these mistakes to better our business and further improve the satisfaction of every customer that walks through our doors.
