Thank you for your feedback here on Dealer Rater. It’s important to learn from our mistakes and improve from feedback both positive and negative. All customers, especially ones who call into our dealership to set an appointment, are met with the highest level of customer service we can provide. This includes starting and pulling up any vehicles of interest, having an informed manager ready and waiting, having all the necessary information and paperwork arranged, and taking any other appropriate steps to prepare for the appointment. This is done to ensure you a quick, yet thorough and informative visit to our dealership. That being said, we can get very busy on weekends and sale days and always plan accordingly, however we do make mistakes. Although being busy in no way excuses our lack of preparation, we hope that during the few times this happens, our customers realize that their best intentions are always our #1 priority. We will always strive to cater to your needs and provide you with a timely and effective visit to our dealership; it wouldn't be beneficial to do otherwise. We hope that this customer also realizes a few things: firstly, that we do have our customer’s best interests at heart 100% of the time, secondly, that we do make mistakes, and thirdly, that we will always learn from these mistakes to better our business and further improve the satisfaction of every customer that walks through our doors. This dedication is what separates us from our competitors. In the end, this customer did not enjoy his/her experience at our dealership. We have reached out to the customer in an attempt to rectify the situation, but when trying to earn another opportunity, were met with resistance. This situation is not typical, and we know that if given another chance, we could forever change this customer’s opinion of our dealership and how we treat our customers.
