I am now driving a 2013 F150 equipped with the options I wanted. Overall, I enjoyed the buying experience and would recommend AutoFair Ford to my friends. I went to AutoFair Ford just to look for a new car, as I was moving in a month. I had no expectations of walking out with a brand new car, but Tim Sewall and the great people there took care of me from ste was moving in a month. The engine light came on in my Escape. I called Leo in service. His first question was "how is the car running?" When I said fine and no problems, he proceeded to tell me what the problem could be and ho service. His first question was "how is the car running?" But, just as Leo said the problem was fixed without having to go to the dealership. Thank you, Leo! This type of service and commitment to your customers is why I will keep coming back to AutoFair Ford for continued service and when I am in the market for a new car the only place I will shop! Our family has had ford cars for as long as I can remember and because of people like Leo it will continue to be the tradition for us! More

We want to emphasize that everyone that we had contact with at AutoFair Ford was very professional and friendly, even the people that greeted us and informed Kendra that we had arrived. Let me start by saying, this was not a smooth experience. Keith and Kendra as sales personnel were great and highly recommended. Not pushy, answered any and all questions I had and were a pleasure to spend Keith and Kendra as sales personnel were great and highly recommended. I had some issues with registration due to paper work, so I recommend if you are registering in MA to ensure you have exactly what is needed and all forms are completed correctly before leaving the dealership. The issues I had were corrected immediately and were even hand delivered to me in MA the same day. Frustrating, but no big deal. I recommend everything about this dealership except the service department! I am not going to go into detail, but if you are buying a used vehicle...thoroughly check your new car and maybe even have your own garage inspect it thoroughly. If you do have service work done here, inspect the issues you needed fixed prior to leaving the dealership. So I had some headaches - Management went above and beyond to make it right. I was impressed with the professionalism and dedication Alex had when he was presented with the problems. So much so, my husband is considering purchasing a new car from them. (avoiding the service department of course) I have made my recommendations to management as to things that do need improvement and I hope they follow through so that the next person does not have the inconveniences I had. If it had not been for Alex and Sean Woodruff, this review would of been a lot different! More
I contacted this dealer via the Internet to request info on a new car lease/purchase. Lynda, their Internet sales rep connected with me both via email/phone. I made an appt with Lynda to meet with her on a Monday afternoon. Lynda assured me that I would be meeting her, but that I should ask for Adele, some guy on the sales floor. Upon arrival, I approach the front reception desk and ask the lady to get Adele for me, she looks around blindly for this guy, then after 5 minutes waiting, she finds him and he greets me and asks me and my Fiancee to have a seat at HIS desk, which we did. Then, Adele intros us to Tim Sewall, another salesman. To make a VERY long story short, bottom line is; Tim went out of his way with great efforts to find us a beautiful CPO car that we loved and wanted to buy, but after Tim took my info and the appraiser did his assessment of my pristine used car, the finance guy gave us ABSURD numbers to consider. This dealer works high volume and every person coming into that place is on a mass assembly line at that point. During our visit there, we saw at least 2 other customers getting the SAME treatment by the finance guy as we got. Tim was VERY kind and personable with us, and was going far to get us going home in the car we wanted, but that finance guy put Tim's efforts to vain. We'll NOT go back. Note: They also have another security fenced in lot where they have a bulk of their inventory parked about 1/2 mi from the dealership.
