Keith is excellent with Customer Service. He did an awesome job for us in finding and helping us purchase a car we wanted. He had excellent product knowledge and could jump to Plan B when needed. After seeing the wonderful service my mother received when she purchased her 2013 Ford Escape, I knew I wanted to have the same experience and Keith did not disappoint! We arrived early and he came out in the cold rain (yes in May can you believe it!) and said we didn't have to wait to come on in. From determining which road to take, certified pre-owned or new, we worked together to see which was the better option for what I was looking for and I decided that new was a better option and went for an Escape. Keith made sure it was what I wanted and worked with his financial team to be sure I got the best deal even with my not so great credit. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone, his patience, head for business, and most of all getting YOU what YOU want is a rare find these days. More

I can't even put into words how awful of a car buying experience I had at AutoFair Ford.  I was told when my car was available for pick up, the car would be washed and ready to go.  I gave them a 45 minu experience I had at AutoFair Ford.  I was told when my car was available for pick up, the car would be washed and ready to go.  I gave them a 45 minute window as to when I was coming and still had to wait an hour to have the car washed.  The gas tank was below half and was told they don't top off the tank because it was a used car.  It  will be seven days tomorrow, and I still don't have the title to my car so I can register it.  Every day I call, I am told it was overnighted that day, but low and behold the ONE person who has the tracking number is never available.  My sales person along with 2 managers have told me they would call me back on numerous occasions, and I never receive a call back. I hope this review serves as a warning to future car buyers.  My negative experience will be posted on every review site possible.  The "quick, easy and hassle-free" service AutoFair Ford brags about is no where to be found. More

Wade was very personable and knowledgeable. He definitely knew how to sell me a car. All in all I got a good deal. I had 2 issues with the car after I took delivery, but they were handled quickly and profess knew how to sell me a car. All in all I got a good deal. The only negative thing I had to say was the finance manager I worked with (who's name escapes me) was 2 hours late in calling me back for final paperwork, and he also forgot a very important form for me to transfer my plates so I wasted 40 minutes in rush hour to get to the town hall, and had to come back again. But all round, I would recommend them. Had bought a car there last year, and upgraded this month. More

Phil was a fantastic sales person. All I had to do was tell him what features I was looking for and the first car he brought me to was great.
