My wife and I stopped in to Auto fair to "look" at some cars. Fred our salesman met us at the front door and was nothing but spectacular. My wife loves her new Explorer. I will be back when it is time for me to purchase a new ride for Me. I would and will recommend Auto Fair and Fred to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. I have bought all my vehicles from Autofair since I moved to NH 3 years ago; 2 cars in total. My first car I had all my service performed at Midas with no issue but after buying my latest car, and being told to NH 3 years ago; 2 cars in total. My first car I had all my service performed at Midas with no issue but after buying my latest car, and being told how good the service center is, I decided to try you. I have been in about 4 times for minor issues and an oil change. Each time has ranged from 1.5 hours to a 4 hour wait for a more complicated issue just after I bought my car. However, today I had a service appointment with your service center. I brought my car in for an oil change and rotation at 1030am. After over an hour waiting in the waiting area, I was called out to be told one of my tires had a nail in it, and others had to be replaced for wear. This I have no issue with, the tires were the originals and 49000 miles is pretty good lifespan. Even though I had replaced 1 tire for a puncture less than 5000 miles ago, I took my service manager’s advice that I should replace all 4 for uniformity. This was an unexpected expense, but again not problem. I told my service manager that I would go out and run the errands I needed to and he told me the car would take about 1.5 hours to be completed. So at about noon I left to go about my business. When I returned at 430, I expected to pay and head home. I mean, an oil change and 4 tires won’t take 6.5 hours, right? Well that’s where I was wrong. I was asked to wait “15 minutes” for my car to be ready. Ok, maybe my car was blocked in or something ad they just had to move it. Again, nope. After an hour I went back to the service desk and wondered where my car was. Again I was told 15 minutes. The service rep asked if I wanted to speak to a manager and I said “Whats the point, it won’t speed anything up” and I was told that the manager would come to me immediately. I went to the waiting room and waited. While I was there, a customer came in asking us all about the service. She told us she was up from another state and was thinking of buying a car from here for her daughter and wanted to know what the after sales was like. I gave her my frank, honest opinion that I would recommend the sales side, but as for aftercare, should go elsewhere. 15 minutes later, I finally had my keys and bill. No manager showed up. I paid my bill and left at 6pm. When I got out to my car, it was parked in a line with no exit, and I had to reverse 20 meters to wedge my car out from all the other cars. Then I noticed one of my old tires was in a bag in the back seat, even though I didn’t want it and I’m sure I paid a fee for disposal. And while on the drive home, I noticed they never even bothered to change the service sticker. So, in short - 8 hours to change oil and 4 tires. Really? - Tire left in rear seat after I paid disposal fees - Service sticker not even changed – The cherry on top! - I’ll be going back to Midas! Regards More

I expressed to them what I was looking to do by trading two leases in early, and I did not want to spend the whole day going back and forth with them. I was pleased to say they held up their end of the ba two leases in early, and I did not want to spend the whole day going back and forth with them. Alex Therrien was our salesperson and he was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He answered any and all questions and made us feel confident in our selection of the Escape 2014. Tom Adams assisted with the bank loan and the warrantee and service cost information and the extended warrantee information. Adel Mohammed assisted with the negotiations for price of the new car and the car being turned in. The entire time spent at the dealer was about 5 hours, which included an hour and 1/2 for looking and a test drive, and the balance of time spent doing all paperwork. The necessary paperwork makes the process lengthy, but Alex was very efficient and thorough in getting the job done. You don't want to feel rushed in making a car purchase. More

I can honestly say that Vedran Karahusic must be one of the most helpful and amazing car salesman around. The effort he put in just to help me get the car I wanted is truly unbelievable. I had a limited means of transportation, and Vedran drove an hour+ to Massachusetts to come pick me up and bring me to the dealership, then drove me another hour+ back to Mass to an insurance company, and then to the registry where he sat and waited over 2 hours for me to get my plates, and then another hour back to the dealer-ship. Verdran gave up more than a day of his time to help me buy a simple used car from the dealer. I bought the car over 2 months ago, and I am still amazed at how helpful Autofair Ford allowed Vedran to be. Everything about my experience at Autofair Ford was amazing, and it seemed like there wasn't anything they weren't willing to do, to help me. There isn't any other dealer that I would ever recommend someone to, and I will surely buy my next Ford from them. If you are considering purchasing from Autofair Ford, make sure to ask for Vedran, it will be the best decision you will make in regards to buying your next car. If there is anyone at that dealership that deserves a raise or a bonus, it is Vedran, and if I ever hit the lottery, he will surely receive a nice "bonus" from me. More
