Thank you for your review and feedback about your experience here. We feel terrible about what happened and we apologize for the inconvenience. This is not something that any of our customers should endure and we would obviously never intentionally leave you in our waiting area for that long. Our goal is to give you the highest quality service possible and fix your vehicle in a timely manner, which is why we gave you a free rental vehicle to use. Unfortunately, our technician doing the work thought you were still driving the rental and therefore was being intentionally meticulous with your vehicle. This was our mistake. Once we realized that you were actually in our waiting area, our Service Director Jeff approached you to apologize and attempt to resolve the issue. You would not give us the opportunity to make things right and insisted on getting your vehicle back, even after we advised you that it wasn't finished. Because Ford advises us on exactly how to handle all warranty repairs, sometimes this type of work can require more than one visit to the dealership. We totally understand why you were frustrated and we honestly just want the opportunity to make it up to you. Every attempt by me personally or by my staff to reach out to you since has resulted in you refusing to give us the opportunity to fix this.
