I went into the dealership looking for a used vehicle and unfortunately felt my first experience wasn't a great one when it came to dealing with the sales manager. I previously wrote an in depth negative rev unfortunately felt my first experience wasn't a great one when it came to dealing with the sales manager. I previously wrote an in depth negative review but am re-writing my review because I was contacted by a representative of the dealership and he apologized and tried to make up for my unpleasant experience. I appreciate the extra effort to contact me and try to make up for my previous unpleasant experience. I definitely feel a little better having been able to work through this issue with the dealership and knowing they know what happened so they can address it. More

I approached AutoFair Ford on recommendation from a co-worker after dealing with a few other dealerships that seemed only interested in what's easiest and best for them. I had a situation that required some finesse and someone to look into my situation and understand it rather than just run a credit report and look at the number. Not only did they accommodate me, they built and designed a better deal than I ever thought I could get. I approached the dealership online and Julie helped get the ball rolling.. She had everything waiting for me then Todd Heasley my sales consultant spent time with me (it was late evening and 21 degrees out).. He didn't rush me a bit, gave me the facts and let me decide. After which Tom Adams in Finance worked his magic. This was an outstanding experience!! I've lived all over the world and bought cars in almost every place and this was by far the best experience I had, and I'm back in a FORD!! More
Dennis Matteau let me sit for 31/2 hours until I finally went out to check. He was busy with a technician telling him he would not do a repair for the hours allowed. He initially told me that my car was out on a test drive and then he changed his story and said it was in the garage. He then got on the phone and ignored me. Finally the manager Jeff Scarinza approched me ( after 20 minutes more) and asked if I had been helped. I advised no. He checked on the car as I told him I couldn't wait any longer indefinitly. He brought the car out and said they cleared the codes. The car set the same codes before I left their driveway. Its clear to me that the car wasn't looked at until they cleared the codes and they just let me sit there for hours. When Dennis called after I left to appologize I advised that they had the car twice already over the last 5 days and the problem wasn't fixed. And bringing it again for a third shot seemed stupid to me as I am finished being abused as a customer. I also sugested his poor handling of the service from start to finish was horrible and perhaps he's in the wrong line of work. He could not recomend any other Ford garages in the area that may do a better job. Rest assured I will find one. More
I went to find a specific car that was advertised online. They were unaware of certain characteristics of the car that they had already advertised online when it came to talking about price. After eventually deciding on a price of a certified pre-owned vehicle that was a year old, I have since had to bring it to the dealer closer to my house FOUR times because of all the issues. The car-buying experience absolutely left me with a bad taste and after having so MANY problems with a "certified" car, I assure you that not only would I not buy from Autofair but I would also not buy a Ford again. This is my second purchase from AutoFair Ford. I was also impressed with their service department when I returned to have a remote starter installed. They told me it would take two hours but they put some extra people on the project and it only took 1 hour to do the work. They work very hard to insure they have happy customers. More
