Love the truck. Although I was shocked at end of signing for the truck that they do not include registration/tax title in the sale if out of state. I have purchased vehicles from Newport and Lebanon NH with no issues switching registration through dealership. Had them include the price of registration in the loan thinking the dealership would take care of it, i Received all the paperwork in the mail needed to register my truck at the dmv, which is 40 minutes away and requires me to take a day off from work to go to the dmv. I have never had this issue before and is strange that all the paperwork be sent to me and not the dmv. This dealership is 1hr 45 minute drive for me, have had to make a separate trip to finalize the deal. I let the dealership know when I would be there to sign paperwork, ended up waiting for an hour in the lobby. My wife and I ended up booking a hotel room nearby to finish the deal. The truck the day after purchase was making a loud squealing noise so service looked into it right away. So I left the truck at service and was told there was a shuttle that would drop me off at the mall. The shuttle never showed after waiting 40 minutes, a tech was nice enough to drop me off and pick me up. Found a worn drive belt and fixed that right away, as well as refilled the air in my tires, as the sensor was saying low air. I have had the truck for about a week and the sensor is saying my right front tire is low again, seeing as it is a far drive I will have to bring it to my local garage to see if there is a small hole in the tire. My salesman Jordan J. was great as well as the sales manager who helped move figures around ! My experience was honestly the strangest and not something I would want to go through again. More

The business portion of the deal was completed by Drew (I don’t have his card but I believe that was his name). Drew never pressured me into buying more than what I needed or wanted. He was honest and spent as much time as needed with me to complete the transaction effortlessly. I purchased a Ford F 150 Lariat Truck. I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle and I recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank You 😊 More
