Hi Frank, I saw the review that you wrote and wanted to see what happened as it does not seem like your experience lived up to your expectations. I spoke with Dave, your salesperson, and from what I can tell there was a miscommunication in the mileage and term that you requested on your lease. When the term and mileage allowance was corrected, your payment no longer fell within your budget. Ultimately, we try to help every customer meet their budget on their perfect vehicle. This time around it seems it did not work out. We hold ourselves to a higher standard here, and do not take being likened to organized crime lightly. I can fully assure you that we do not condone any illegal activity nor has any customer ever been forced to purchase a vehicle here. That being said, I apologize if you felt that way. We certainly strive to make every customer's experience a positive one, leading to referrals and repeat business. You are always welcome to give me a call directly if you wish. He had mentioned that he had tried to reach out to you a few times to try and remedy this situation but was unable to get in contact with you. He said that you did not like the $350 quote that we gave you to repair your vehicle. You opted to get your car repaired at another shop, which is your right as a customer. When he told me this, I also attempted to reach out to you to see if there was anything that I could do, but have not had much success in reaching you.
