We have been on the look out for an SUV for some time that not only matched my requirements but also my personality. Fred showed them a beautiful red 2013 Ford Edge Sport AWD with 22 inch wheels. They called me and I came right down. Fred listened to what I was looking for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful in assisting me to feel comfortable with all of the bells and whistles. I am very happy with my Edge Sport. Fred was so helpful I sent my other son who was looking for a new truck. He purchased an awesome looking 2015 F-150. More

I have always been hesitent on bringing my car in for service but now that I have Cindy to work with, I'm very happy. She did a fantastic job at explaining to me all the "fixes" that my car is going to need now and down the road. She really went above and beyond the scope of any other person I have ever worked with at a service dept. She goes out of her way to make sure you are informed, updated, and satisfied. Autofair Ford has a "keeper" with Cindy. Can't say enough More
Poor Communication I contacted them for a used Mazdaspeed 3. I received an email from Amanda Poirier telling me the car is available & that I can come & see her & we'll I contacted them for a used Mazdaspeed 3. I received an email from Amanda Poirier telling me the car is available & that I can come & see her & we'll talk about the car. I called her back, but I was told that she was off & that I had to leave a message. I did that twice, & then I decided to make an appointment to just go ahead & see her. My appointment was confirmed so I came with my whole family. I was greeted by a gentleman named Mike Pepper. That was a Friday. He told me that Amanda was in the back attending to another customer, & that he himself would just take care of us. He led me into the back lot of the dealership, showed me the car, which, unexpectedly, was not test-drive ready yet. It had a lot of clutter inside, & he told me that they've just received the car. Since they told me I could not test drive it in the highway, I was made to drive it around the lot, which was nothing because the car was running at the most, 5mph. He then led me back inside, & he asked me to fill out a sheet of paper, that would make a "soft inquiry" into my credit. Immediately after my phone alerted me with a notification of my credit inquiry, since I have a credit app on it. A manager whom I forgot the name approached me & tried to crunch some numbers, which I declined. I respectfully told them that I am shopping around many dealerships trying to find the best deal. They told me that they were capable of giving me a crazy deal, but again, I told them that I've been to a couple of other dealerships, & that I would talk it over with my wife & family. I then went home, had to work the weekend, I got a voicemail from Mike asking if I had made a decision. I did not return his phone call because I was working nights & I've already mentioned to them that for that weekend I will not be picking up any calls. I didn't call back until Tuesday to ask if the car was still available. Nobody picked the phone up, I left a voicemail. I did this for about 3 more times the course of the whole week. Another weekend came, I still did not get any call back from either Mike or anybody. That following Monday, I spoke to a certain Julie, who claimed that she's one of the managers & that she was aware of my messages & that she was "about to call me back". She asked me, "what's up?" I was so frustrated that I asked her "what do you mean what's up, I've been trying to call many times to ask about that car, & you'd ask me what's up?" She then said that the car has been sold already. So I was like, "That's all I needed to know!" I mean, how hard can it be to pick the phone up & call a potential customer to let him know that the car is gone! I left a review on Facebook, I got a call from Austin Mills, he explained to me all that happened, & that I can come in & take a look at other vehicles, & that he promised to make it up to me by giving me a huge discount. I declined. I am not going back to Autofair to get treated like trash. It all went downhill the very second I was told that the confirmed appointment with Amanda was really nothing that they threw me under the bus by letting a "beginner salesman" talk to me & lied to me about the supposed "soft credit inquiry." More

Our salesman, Dave Payeur, was very professional and knowledgeable about the model and features. He worked tirelessly to ensure that our needs were met. We had previously visited another Ford dealership and walked away due to the sales person and the overall deal terms. We walked into AutoFair and from the beginning it was 180 degrees different than other dealerships we visited. AutoFair met our deal requirements relative to the price of the vehicle and our trade value within the first offer, which let us move forward with our purchase with minimum stress. We will recommend all of our friends who are in the market for a new or used car to visit AutoFair and speak with Dave Payeur, preferably after visiting other dealerships so they can experience the relief that we felt. Love My New Ford Fusion! I have always bought my Past 3 Vehicles from Auto Fair! I went into Auto Fair where I was approached by a Salesman and I was introduced to Wade Kobl I have always bought my Past 3 Vehicles from Auto Fair! I went into Auto Fair where I was approached by a Salesman and I was introduced to Wade Koblinsky, whom was an Extremely Pleasant and very Knowledgeable about the 2015 Ford Fusion that I bought! His approach in Selling me a Vehicle was the Best and not at all forceful. He help me with everything that I needed to know about MY NEW 2015 FORD FUSION! I love the comfort and the ride it gives! Having the sync is Great! Using my Cell phone through the car is wonderful since cell phones will not be able to be used legally soon! Love the Sirius! The gas usage around the city is 21.8 ml per Gal. I have had the vehicle since March 15th. Thanks Wade for your professionalism in selling me a Beautiful Car! I love It! Your Service is tops!!
