Not happy with our warranty, we put 7k miles on the truck since we bought it. It’s a 2015 so got the warranty$3600. Well we need 5700 . Worth of work and guess what, that work isn’t warrantied…not happy with More

I don’t think there’s solution! We bought the 2015, so we said yes on the warranty because it was a 2015.well they don’t hand you the warranty there and didn’t tell us it was from a third party. Definitely miss represented it! I had to download it at home. So when we need it, of course it’s not covered! This was definitely misrepresented by the finance guy.. we had just cancelled this useless warranty , and having it fixed elsewhere and then we’re going to sell it. Never again will I buy from AutoFair FORD! And then they have the audacity to tell us they will give us 13k only because it needs over 5k in work! Really, what a slap in the face… oh and they said o we don’t use them much anymore, they’re 3rd party! Beyond mad as we still owe 14k on this truck and put 10k down on it! Never again !

Also I did not give all those stars, Tom did not want me to write something, he took the paper and said he would fill it in! Obviously he filled that in, because I didn’t! What a joke…. Another hit!
