Won’t spend time to Diagnose I left my 2018 Ford Escape atAutofair for 1 week as I was away on Business. I had an issue with the cruise control and the traction control. They call I left my 2018 Ford Escape atAutofair for 1 week as I was away on Business. I had an issue with the cruise control and the traction control. They call me and tell me nothing is wrong. This was after they looked it over on day 1. I called back and told them they have the vehicle for the whole week to get resolved. I pick it up on Saturday. They only drove my vehicle 2 miles which is no where near what neede to be driven to diagnose. Driving my vehicle and the trans makes noise and the traction control light comes on. Guess I’ll just let it Blow up and then they can replace the whole transmission. Only 16,000mi on the vehicle. Thanks for all your efforts, I know Flat Rate doesn’t pay when its Warranty. More
