Rough start, happy ending My wife and I went to AutoFair with the intentions of buying an F250 to tow our horse trailer... I ended up buying a 2018 f150 based largely on the re My wife and I went to AutoFair with the intentions of buying an F250 to tow our horse trailer... I ended up buying a 2018 f150 based largely on the recommendations of our sales person, and against my better judgement. I do not think the sales person Scott Kling represents the dealership very well. I'm not sure why he pushed us so hard to be in an F-150, but he did. Our mistake, was taking his recommendation at face value. We had a few issues with the truck, once we got it home, and the dealership fixed them without issue to their credit. This past weekend my wife took the horse trailer out for the first time since we finally had some good weather. The new truck, even though the rating on the F-150 was adequate, was not meant to pull that kind of load. It was difficult and dangerous to drive, which was obviously upsetting to us. It took a few days, and a few trips back to the dealership but ultimately they took our truck back in a fair and equitable manner for both parties involved, and we moved into the F250 that we had originally come to look at and purchase a month ago when this process started. I will give credit to the sales manager Chuck, the finance manager Rob, and the other sales person Steve that I worked with, as being completely professional and doing a great job. I especially want to highlight Steve in this process, he is an exceptional salesperson and I would highly recommend seeing him for any of your vehicle needs. His commitment to customer service excellence is impressive. I myself work in sales and can really respect somebody who does as fine a job as Steve does. Even though this started off on a bad foot, I ultimately feel that the dealership did their best to meet our needs. More

Unhappy Customer Recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership. Sales person was great but was charged for items that I was told were free. Called the dealer to advise what had happened and was told they would take the item off but I'd have to drive an hour and a half back to the dealership which I am unable to do in the time frame they provided. The Manager was rude and when I told him I'd never buy another vehicle here and would be spreading the word he stated he wouldn't want me to buy another one from them anyway. Overall the guy was very rude and didn't seem care after the purchase was complete. As I stated above will never buy another vehicle from AutoFair, and have been and will continue to spread the word about their shady tactics. More

Recently I went back to trade in that vehicle as our family is growing and we need something larger. Unfortunately, Tim was not working so I ended up with another sales associate. My experience couldn't have been any further from the first. Scott was very pushy and rude. He gave me one option to choose from..one vehicle. I didn't like it at all! It wasn't what I wanted, I didn't like the way it drove and it wasn't even clean yet. He made me feel silly for not liking it. He even went as far as to belittle my fiance (who wasn't there) for giving me a budget that I intended to stick with. I also didnt appreciate the way he was speaking to the two guys that were training with him. I left VERY disappointed. The next day I got exactly what I wanted down the road a Quirk. I guess the experience you have really depends on the sales associate you end up with. More
