Shaun thank you for taking the time to send in a review of your purchase with us. I know Jacob worked very hard with our finance team to get you approved on this vehicle. Yes the warranty item was on the purchase and sale and the other documentation and yes the amount of the warranty was discounted from final price you paid. I am sorry if the manager you spoke with came off rude or uncaring and failed to properly explain how it was discounted. I know the entire team worked hard to get this completed and have you take the car home. I wish you nothing but the best and hope you enjoy the vehicle for many happy miles. -Adam

Also want to pint out that the 172 point inspection states that the floor mats are in the truck and clean. The window sticker states that there are floor mats in the vehicle and yet when I brought this to the attention of the dealership I get the "we didn't make enough money on the vehicle" to supply floor mats. But Like I said, all in all I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership and will continue to spread the word. I have also contacted Ford Corporate in regards to this along with legal council as I have not received the items that were supposed to be included in the purchase of this vehicle. Shaun
