Update: I like how you feel free to give that information after it's been the 30 days. After I have called multiple times and spoke with at least two different managers. And no one ever mentioned anything about an exchange or a refund until after it's been 32 days..

I'm assuming this is Chuck responding since you are speaking to me by name. I'm not sure that you understood or thoroughly read my update. As I stated previously, if this is your policy, why was it NOT mentioned to me the multiple times I called with different concerns within the 30 day window, but you share that info AFTER that time has passed. Let's just start from the beginning. First, the salesman told us it was a 2016 and then when we were reading the stats we found it was a 2013. Then we specifically asked how much it could tow and we were given the wrong amount for this vehicle. Then after driving it for a couple of weeks we find out that the mileage per gallon that was listed was not accurate and we were told that was the case because the truck was from a Canada origin. Your salesman obviously did NOT know this as that was one of his selling points, how great the mileage was. We were given info verbally from your team which was not true and your response is, well we should've read all the fine point. So in a nut shell anyone who wishes to purchase from here should make sure to not trust what your salesman says to you and make sure you read EVERYTHING, including any signs In your show room because you don't take ownership and the salesmen are obviously not fully educated. We are more disappointed In the lack of customer service and the run around at this point.
