He put a lot of time into us and I have nothing bad to say about my experience with my salesman . I do have one thing I need to say. Because I was bothered by this. The young finance gentleman , Drew needs some team work lessons. Although he was nice to my wife and I , he had a tone in he voice in manner of talking down to our salesman , which I felt was very unprofessional and it bothered both my wife and I. I am a retired police officer, and have always practiced to speak in the same manner to the janitor as I would to the Chief. I truly think he needs to be counseled, cause that did come off as TEAM work! Thank you James Wallace More

Customer doesn't deserve to be laughed at and made to feel i Is it typical for a member of a service team to laugh at and make a customer feel inferior? That is what happened to me. Another question....do you always fully read everything you sign? I understand that it is best to read every detail, ut I didn't. Does that give a "professional" the right to laugh at me? They should remember I am still a customer and move on without making me feel inferior. Furthermore, I thoroughly explained the problem was that my wiper blades on a brand new Ford mustang(under 45 days old) were horrible and going to scratch my windshield....is it my fault that they wrote it up as broken windshield wipers? Honestly, this is not my first problem with this dealership...I was hoping the service team would be different. I didn't buy my car here and I won't be servicing it here either.
