Good People, Not So Good Results My 2011 Ford Explorer failed State Inspection for two valid reason at your dealership. These issues was fixed and resolved outside of the Ford Service My 2011 Ford Explorer failed State Inspection for two valid reason at your dealership. These issues was fixed and resolved outside of the Ford Service Department. It was then brought back to Ford for re-inspection and subsequently passed. The same vehicle was in for service, a few days later, on a Ford Recall (which Ford successfully serviced), and was noted at the time, that a Tire Pressure warning light was active. It was determined that the Rear Passenger Tire was low, so air was put back in, and warning light had disappeared. I also asked about having the PTU (Power Train Unit) fluid changed, they quoted me $321, this seemed outrageous, they then discounted for me at $237. I declined, and had this service done at Goodyear for $128. When I left the Ford dealership, my Tire Pressure warning light was "On" again. While at Goodyear, I mentioned this, and they said that they would look at it. Turns out that I had 2 nails in my Rear Passenger tire, which they fixed for FREE. By the way, does everyone know that Goodyear will fix your flat for FREE, anytime, just need to bring it in to their shop. Ford, I would like to have my vehicle serviced with you, but your shop rates are way to HIGH .... still !!! Sorry guys .... More

I called Ford credit, the loa After buying my car I got a call from the dealer saying my loan had "bounced back" and I had to come in to renegotiate. I called Ford credit, the loan was fine. Dealer insisted I had to come in to ",fix" the deal. I paid off the loan, but Ford Credit and the DMV say they can't produce a title because the dealer hasn't sent in paperwork. These guys are either dcumbags, or idiots, or both. STAY AWAY!!!!! More

I also needed to have a small repair done and the service tech never return my calls so I ended up going through the service manager. After the repair was made, I tried to reach out for the sale person and he didn't return my calls. It has been over 20 years since I have purchased a vehicle with dealer, now I know why. More
