Dealership representative said we cant get out of contract no ‘cooling off’ retractions. They refused talking to wife as they said shes not on contract. They could have said come in tomorrow lets discuss this. But they didnt. He Was unnecessarily defensive and said they videotaped whole signing so theres no matter to contend. Next day sales rep talked to manager on his day off to help us get car paperwork changed. After long ordeal went back to dealership and finance rep eliminated all the excess charges and we were back to original agreed amount. Why they did all that deception, wasted our time, I have no idea. Caveat Emptor at this dealership. More

Friendly, worked with us to get into a vehicle we thought would be outside our budget but brought it in line with it.
