Took car to dealer to fix rear window not operating said it was bad switch could not fix as didn’t have part. But needed. Tires. Wheel alignment fluid change. Nothing to do with window. Worst experience of my life. Car has a known defect in engine. (coolent intrusion) that was not disclosed at purchase. Drove for 67k engine died. Said 9k miles over warranty so i have to pay. Then told me I should to go to Ford ask them to "do the right thing". Ford said nothing they can do. Then auto fair said they would knock 5k off 12k for new engine. Then jacked up price another 700.00 when I go to pick it up. When I showed him the email I sent to them confirming price we agreed on. He said "he didn't respond to it." Then he says they are "Stand up Guys More

If you love the traditional back and forth haggle, high pressure sales tactics with sales associated that don't know the product, then Autofair Ford is your dealership. You all know the one. Where the head pressure sales tactics with sales associated that don't know the product, then Autofair Ford is your dealership. You all know the one. Where the head coach comes in to close the deal. I've never had more buyer remorse then I have today buying from them. Zero consideration for your time. 100% pressure to make the deal. Very very annoying and frustrating. More
I had a terrible experience with the managers and finance department. I came from ct up to nh to buy a truck because I heard good things about the dealer. It was good until they changed my finance rate afte department. I came from ct up to nh to buy a truck because I heard good things about the dealer. It was good until they changed my finance rate after our agreement was already made. For those that don’t know dealers make money off of the financing. I let that go and moved on to buying an extended warranty and maintenance plan through auto fair with Mahir the finance manager and went on my way now a year later I brought my truck in for maintenance to use the plan they sold me and was told by the dealer I use in ct that the plan is basically useless on a diesel truck because it will only cover $110 on a$300 oil change not full coverage like I was told. So giving auto fair a chance to explain if that was true or not, I called multiple times only to get either them telling me they have to look into it and never call back or sent to voicemail and not calling back. Obviously that gives me my answer on who lied. Them knowing I’m from ct makes it easy for them to play games that I wouldn’t have expected from these guys . Totally unprofessional way for managers to treat a customer. That being said, if you do buy from auto fair DO NOT buy any extended warranty or maintenance plans More
While I was frustrated about being without my car for 3 weeks while a recall was being taken care of. It was very frustrating not having a car the whole time. My service advisor Nick E was amazing. He stay weeks while a recall was being taken care of. It was very frustrating not having a car the whole time. My service advisor Nick E was amazing. He stayed on top of the progress of my vehicle and worked hard to get me into a rental. He kept me updated on everything no matter how minor. I can’t say enough good things about his job performance. I dealt with Dave Kelley at AutoFair Ford in Manchester NH. I especially liked the fact that Dave wasn’t trying to “sell” me anything. He just wanted me to get exactly what I wanted.
