I am sorry for my delay in response but I needed to collect myself. Dionne does an incredible job at having vehicles ready for scheduled appointments. Due to our lot size we can only allow an appointment vehicle to remain upfront for an hour. Unfortunately you were past the agreed upon appointment time. From the moment you arrived we were well aware you drive a Porche Cayenee, a manager had to ask you to move it into a parking spot. We do ask all customers to use parking spaces and not leave their vehicle in front of the showroom blocking all incoming/outgoing traffic. We do not train our sales staff to treat our guests like "dirt" and will not allow anyone to swear, yell or disrespect them. We support our team members and value their effort. I personally would appreciate if you patronize another dealership as we do not seem to be a good fit. -Adam Schreffler
