Horrible dealership 2nd time I made the mistake of going to this horrible dealership to check out a car I found online. Went to check a car last year for my first daug 2nd time I made the mistake of going to this horrible dealership to check out a car I found online. Went to check a car last year for my first daughter. Once we got there, saw that the sticker price was several thousand dollars more than the online price and was told by the salesman that it would not be honored because “that’s just the online price”. So we left without a test drive and 1 1/2 of driving to go to the dealership. When to check another car today for my other daughter. The manager Dionne Quintal told me by email that the car would be ready when we arrived. Got there, no one knew anything. Told them which car we wanted to see and salesman told they would pull it around. Went to park my car, went back in and they brought another salesman. He had no idea why we were there. Told him again which car we were interested in, he went back to talk to the manager, then came back out to tell us to come to his cubicle as he needed to ask us some questions as they had several cars of the same model (even though the manager knew of the exact car we were interested in). After sitting us down, his first question was “what kind of car do you drive now” (not what car we were interested in seeing). After telling him that that didn’t matter, he then told me he would not show us a car if I didn’t tell him! Left again without a test drive. That is just unbelievable! Dionne Quintal, what kind of business are you running. What kind of people do you recruit as salespeople? Do you actually train them to treat customers like dirt? I doubt that any of these positive reviews are real. Suspect you probably force your salespeople to write them. By the way, since it’s so important for you to know, I dive a Porsche Cayenne. More

I came into AutoFair to turn in my Escape lease and get into a new vehicle. The experience I had was once again a very positive one. Every single person I worked with truly wanted me to get a good deal and into a new vehicle. The experience I had was once again a very positive one. The entire team, from sales, to managers, to finance worked very well together and were all on the same page. Dylan was very knowledgeable about the car I purchased, enthusiastic to help me, and trustworthy. Adam at the desk worked numbers on multiple vehicles for me with no problem at all, worked to find every possible rebate and discount he could give me, and made sure to get me to a payment I could afford. I worked with multiple finance managers including Matt, Rob, and Dakota - all were helpful! They got me a great interest rate, explained all available options as far as add one to my warranty and went over every piece of paperwork with me. AutoFair Ford didn’t waste my time, they were straight shooters, and I felt as though everyone really wanted to help me out. This is my second vehicle with them, and I will never go anywhere else. I got an incredible deal from some amazing people! More

The worst experience ever. Would not wish it to anyone. I had the worst ever experience buying my car from this dealership. Dealership representative said we cant get out of contract no ‘cooling off’ retractions. They refused talking to wife as they said shes not on contract. They could have said come in tomorrow lets discuss this. But they didnt. He Was unnecessarily defensive and said they videotaped whole signing so theres no matter to contend. Next day sales rep talked to manager on his day off to help us get car paperwork changed. After long ordeal went back to dealership and finance rep eliminated all the excess charges and we were back to original agreed amount. Why they did all that deception, wasted our time, I have no idea. Caveat Emptor at this dealership. More
